For me, relationships are where the rubber meets the road. In all my personal and professional relationships, I see the opportunity to live out the values I hold in my heart.

I have the greatest feeling of reciprocity when I am able to hold space for others so that they can feel seen and humanized. In a world, where we are chasing our own tails, and have become completely overtaken by individualist thinking; the planet is begging us to do things differently and to do the one thing that life was made to: evolve.

If we are going to make it through any of this, we’re going to need each other. Practicing compassionate understanding and personal reflection are keys to navigating these uncharted territories we find ourselves in.

I have not chosen many of the traditional paths in life, and this has taught me a lot of what I know about emotional complexity and the human condition.

I operate from the values of humility, decolonization, and authenticity.

choose what works for you

  • pay attention

    Begin by noticing.

When we can notice what’s going on in our minds and bodies, we can begin to work on creating compassion for ourselves.

  • soften

Once we begin to notice how our bodies and minds respond to situations, we can put effort into softening the critique we inevitably make of the ways in which we process.

  • re-route

After noticing the sensations and reducing our judgments, we can then create a practice to support and comfort us on life’s journey of inevitable ups and downs.
